Common nasal problems

For temporary nasal problems, ginger, lemon, and oregano are effective as herbal teas, for their natural antibiotic effect. It is also recommended to do eucalyptus and chamomile inhalations to fight a stuffy nose. Camphor, for its part, can be applied as an ointment or balm to clear the nose.

However, it will be important to see a doctor if symptoms persist after ten days, to make sure it is not an ENT problem such as sinusitis or rhinopharyngitis.
