Remedies for muscle atrophy

To treat muscular atrophy caused by a genetic disease, we recommend proceeding gradually, and you will need to be very patient, as results will take a great deal of time.

We therefore recommend starting with an adaptogen such as cordyceps, at a rate of three capsules per day (one before each meal), for three months. Alongside this, you should also take collagen to improve the condition of the muscles.

Millet soups and fenugreek will also be beneficial for this type of condition.

Very good results have been observed in numerous genetic diseases, particularly with atrophy problems affecting intimate areas, and some have even been able to have children.
