What the science says: nerves and the nervous system
What published research says about the remedies mentioned above, for informational purposes — these studies address material causes; healing belongs to Allah.
Nerves and the nervous system
Adapted physical exercise improves mobility and reduces falls in Parkinson's disease according to the Cochrane review (Cochrane, 2023) (Neurorehabil Neural Repair, 2020); vitamin D is being studied in multiple sclerosis (J Nutr, 2024) and the ketogenic diet in certain drug-resistant epilepsies (Dev Med Child Neurol, 2020). Omega-3s, B vitamins, magnesium, and sleep support the nervous system. Precaution: these conditions are monitored in neurology; natural remedies accompany treatment, and should never replace it.
