Remedies for keratosis pilaris

Keratosis pilaris is a skin condition that often appears during adolescence.

To treat it, a course of maitake or chaga is recommended; for a child, the product is available in syrup form.

For cleansing, Aleppo soap and oatmeal baths are preferred. It will also be important to moisturize with argan oil; castor oil used to be widely used, and it is best to combine it with argan oil or olive oil.

Essential oils such as rosemary essential oil, always mixed with a carrier oil such as argan, black seed, or olive oil, will also be beneficial for treating this condition.
