Chamomile is very effective as a substitute for acetaminophen, especially feverfew, whether for a child or an adult, though pregnant women should be careful, as they can only take it during the last months of pregnancy. Feverfew can be found in capsule form.
Meadowsweet is also found, known since the time of the Arabs, and it is a good alternative to acetaminophen; it can be taken as a tablet for greater effectiveness. It can also be found as loose herbal tea.
White willow is also very effective as a substitute for acetaminophen. In addition, Prophetic Medicine also uses ginger. Ginger, which is mentioned in the Qur'an, is suitable for children, adults, and pregnant women alike. For migraines, ginger and lemon herbal tea is effective, and up to three cups a day can be taken.

Pregnancy
Ginger is the go-to natural remedy for pregnancy nausea (J Matern Fetal Neonatal Med, 2022) (J Am Board Fam Med, 2014); dates in late pregnancy ease labor (Explore, 2021); iron and folic acid are monitored (Acta Obstet Gynecol Scand, 2023). Precaution: many plants are not recommended during pregnancy (essential oils, hormonal plants, purgatives, fenugreek) — do not take any supplement without the advice of a midwife or doctor.
