Molluscum is a skin condition that is not serious but is contagious. There is a blend of oils that can help remedy this condition: black seed oil, olive oil, and a drop of tea tree oil. The latter is very effective, and if you can find an ointment based on "tea tree," that will be a very good remedy. There is cryotherapy treatment, which consists of burning it off with nitrogen, but treatment with oils remains the best option.
What the science says: warts, herpes, and fungal infections, essential oils
What published research says about the remedies mentioned above, for context — the studies address material causes, while healing belongs to Allah.
Warts, herpes, and fungal infections
Topical wart treatments (salicylic acid, cryotherapy) were evaluated by the Cochrane review (JMIR Dermatol, 2021); on the natural side, tea tree essential oil, garlic, propolis, and vinegar are used for their antimicrobial properties (Antioxidants, 2023) (Arch Dermatol Res, 2023). Precaution: dilute essential oils; a nail fungal infection or scalp ringworm often requires prolonged medical treatment; do not scratch or pierce.
Essential oils
Tea tree essential oil has documented efficacy for acne (Antioxidants, 2023), peppermint oil for irritable bowel syndrome (Aliment Pharmacol Ther, 2022), and lavender and others for anxiety (Pharmacol Res, 2022) — but these are powerful concentrates. Precaution: always dilute on the skin, never in the eyes or undiluted by mouth without medical advice; prohibited for pregnant women (unless advised), children under 3 (6 for peppermint), and asthmatics and epileptics for several of them.
