Remedies for waterborne intoxication

Drinking unsafe water in a foreign country can turn out to be very dangerous. Fever, headaches, or abdominal pain should raise alarm, and the first thing to do is to go to the emergency room, since an intoxication, an infectious disease such as typhoid, or any other complication could potentially be fatal.

In addition, it is recommended to consume honey combined with black seed, royal jelly, and water three times a day. Thyme and oregano will also be very beneficial, and apple cider vinegar, in a cup of warm water, drunk several times a day, will help bring improvement thanks to its alkaline pH.

Finally, it will be essential to let the stomach rest.
