Skin problems with the change of seasons

Skin problems with the change of seasons: the professor's advice, complemented by what research says (natural skin care), the precautions to know, and our resources to go further.

For some, a change of season or location brings skin problems, behavioral changes, or fatigue.

The important thing will be to boost your immunity: we recommend a course based on Maitake or Reishi, for example, for a period of three months at a rate of three capsules per day, while continuing to take care of your skin with creams and lotions.

What the science says: natural skin care

What the published research says about the remedies mentioned above, for context only — these studies look at material causes; healing belongs to Allah.

Natural skin care

Aloe vera promotes healing and soothes the skin according to a review of clinical trials (Iran J Med Sci, 2019) (Plast Reconstr Surg, 2018); for eczema, daily moisturizing with emollients is the foundation of treatment (Int J Dermatol, 2025) and the skin microbiome plays a central role (J Eur Acad Dermatol Venereol, 2023). Olive oil, black seed oil, honey, and shea butter are the emollients of tradition. Precaution: test any new product on a small area for 24 hours; a lesion that spreads, oozes, or becomes infected should be seen by a doctor.
